Who Is Liable? In cases like these where liability can be hard to determine, involved parties need the services of a San Antonio motorcycle accident lawyer to ensure a fair and just resolution to the case. A lawyer will also help gather evidence and conduct an independent investigation of the accident to determine the truth in an objective a manner as possible.

Although it may seem that the driver of the car was at fault for the crash and death of Turner, the fact that authorities believe that Turner’s speed may have been a contributing factor in the accident may absolve the driver of all liability.
